PRINCIPAL’S CORNER
Good morning RCS Families,
I hope you enjoy the long weekend and have had the opportunity to rest and relax. As much as I enjoy the snow, I am certainly looking forward to spring—and I’m sure many of you are as well.
A few reminders and upcoming events as we return to school:
School Schedule
● We return to school on Tuesday, March 10, after the Faculty Retreat Day on Monday, March 9.
● Tuesday, March 10 will also be a Dress Down Day for students who received a Dress Down pass for attending Catholic Schools Week (CSW) Mass in Uniform.
Safe Environment Lesson II
- This lesson will take place March 18 – March 27.
Upcoming Events
- Friday, March 20: Pretzel Day and Dress Down Day (rescheduled from Friday, March 6).
- Tuesday, March 17: Free Green and Gold Dress Down Day in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. Students may wear green or gold clothing and accessories such as shirts, beads, or earrings. As always, please follow the school dress-down guidelines.
- Wednesday, March 25 (6:00–8:00 PM): Pizza with the Principal in the cafeteria.
- Friday, March 27: 8th Grade Dress Down Day.
- Saturday March 28 (9:00–11:00 AM): Easter Egg Hunt.
Faith Formation
On March 31, 2026, students will participate in a presentation on Eucharistic Adoration, a Catholic devotional practice centered on prayer and reflection before the Blessed Sacrament.
