Room Parent Applications

All applications are due by September 14th. 

Room parents will be selected and notified by September 16th. 

The room parent meeting will be held the morning of September 21st at 8:15 am in the Saint Mary’s Room (zoom option available).

All volunteers must be Virtus Certified (completed finger printing, background check and attend a diocesan training session) prior to attending any event in the classroom.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

● Coordinating class parties and special celebrations with the teacher.

● Communicating information between the PTO and the parents of your class. ● Assisting the PTO in obtaining and organizing volunteers for school events.

All room parents will be chosen by lottery, by Mr. Keeley.
